Instruction on the installation:
1) Open vty-0265.001 with the aid of WinRAR and unpack ISO
2) Mount ISO with Daemon tools
3) Intall the game using serial number
4) play!
For those using Windows 7, you can use Windows Firewall to easily block Tropico 3 from validating the serial online.
Do the following procedure
Control Panel -> System And Security -> Windows Firewall -> Advanced Settings (On the left menu) -> Outbound Rules -> New Rule -> Program -> Fill in path to tropico3.exe -> Fill in a name
After that you should be good.
